To be connected with the source of life, the life that is sustained through your body and mind is a very important thing to do.

As a child you went out of your house, played with mates throughout the day and came back to home at the end of the day and had a good sleep at night.

Similarly in your present waking state you move with people, get the work done, address some issues and do many things. If you wonder where your center is or if you feel a certain need to connect with your inner-self the practice of Yoga & Meditation can greatly help.Being with yourself gives you the clam and rejuvenation.

Fulfill the purpose of life:

“Independence and Interdependence are the two sides of a coin”

We are independent as well as interdependent.  If our body and mind are in good shape, we are able to participate in this world of interdependence to fulfill the purpose of our life.  The purpose of life is the highest ideal, the evolved mind has arrived at to participate in life.

Stand for openness of life:

“Constantly uncover the veil on life”

The mind which is not strong falls prey to its constraining tendencies and weaknesses. The tapas aspect of yoga provides us enough strength to go forward, to become whole in all dimensions. Only then, things of wisdom become more real. Our understanding of life is tested in our own life.
